Due to the specialised nature of the K8 Hydration System and international marine shipping requirements, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• The unit must be unused • The unit must remain unopened and in original sealed packaging • The product must not have been installed, connected to water supply, or powered on • Proof of purchase is required • Written return approval must be granted by H2 Yacht Solutions

Systems that have been installed, commissioned, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under manufacturer warranty.

Return shipping, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any associated charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Approved returns must be shipped to the designated return address provided at the time of approval.

Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Transit Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Photographic evidence of the packaging and product may be required.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered once a unit has been opened or installed. If an unopened unit is approved for return, a new order may be placed separately once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds

If a return is approved and the product is received in original condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days following inspection.
