Products are supplied as equipment only. Installation is completed by the vessel’s onboard engineer using the provided documentation. Remote technical support is available if required.

Due to the specialised nature of the K8 Hydration System and international marine shipping requirements, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• The unit must be unused
• The unit must remain unopened and in original sealed packaging
• The product must not have been installed, connected to water supply, or powered on
• Proof of purchase is required
• Written return approval must be granted by H2 Yacht Solutions

Systems that have been installed, commissioned, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under manufacturer warranty.

Return shipping, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any associated charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages & Transit Issues
