Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for return:
• The unit must be unused • The unit must be in original packaging • All components must be included • Proof of purchase is required • Return approval must be granted via email prior to shipping
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs and any associated customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence where possible.
We will arrange replacement or warranty support where applicable.
Refunds
