Unlike shielding devices that block or interfere with signals, EmGuarde works by harmonising electromagnetic disturbance while maintaining full connectivity of onboard or home systems.

Installation & Use

For optimal performance, avoid positioning behind heavy metal surfaces.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• The unit must be unused • The unit must be in original packaging • All components must be included • Proof of purchase is required • Return approval must be granted via email prior to shipping

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any associated customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence where possible.

We will arrange replacement or warranty support where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

EmGuarde includes:

• 1 year manufacturer warranty • 2 years for customers within the European Union (in accordance with EU consumer law)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, modification, or damage caused by improper handling.

EmGuarde units are dispatched following successful payment processing and order confirmation.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
