Due to the specialised nature of mineral water conditioning systems, all sales are final once dispatched.

Returns may be considered only if: 

• The product is unused • The product remains in original sealed packaging • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery • Written approval is granted

Installed or used systems are not eligible for return unless covered under manufacturer warranty for defect.

Return shipping, customs duties, and related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty claims are handled according to manufacturer policy.

International Shipping

Orders are generally shipped directly from authorised manufacturer distribution facilities.

• 2–5 weeks from dispatch • Delivery times exclude customs clearance processing • Regional variations may apply depending on destination

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched. International carriers may include FedEx or equivalent global freight providers.

Customs & Import Responsibility

International purchasers are responsible for:
